[How to Participate]
1. Any traveler who logs into their miHoYo account during the event period may participate in the Lantern Festival Lucky Draw event, with a chance to win prizes including Genshin Impact's game merchandise (Paimon Pillow) and USD $10 Gift Cards.
2. Travelers can log into the event web page daily to get two chances of lucky draw opportunities. Chances must be used on the day they they are received and will not accumulate. Chances will refresh daily at 03:00 (GMT-4).
3. Any travelers who encounter issues during the event, please contact customer service: genshin_cs@mihoyo.com

[Important Information]
1. Winners of the Genshin Impact merchandise, please provide your delivery address by April 3 (simply follow the on-screen instructions when prompted), as prizes will be sent out on April 30, 2020. Failure to submit the required information on time will result in the automatic forfeit of your prize.
2. Winners of the USD $10 gift card prize, please check the email address linked to your miHoYo Account (inbox and spam folder) regularly for emails from miHoYo. We will contact all winners and issue all gift cards by April 30, 2020.
3. Cheating (including but not limited to the use of plug-ins) will result in your account(s) being barred from participating in this event and receiving any prizes. miHoYo reserves the right to respond to such activity with legal action to the extent permissible by law.
4. miHoYo reserves the right of final interpretation regarding an eventual delay of delivery in case of force majeure.
5. miHoYo reserves the right to final interpretation and explanation of the event and its related details to the extent permissible by law.
