Travelers~ Welcome to HoYo FEST! Here's a guide that Paimon prepared for you

1. What kind of merchandise and event gifts are available at HoYo FEST?
There will be Genshin Impact-themed merchandise and event-exclusive HoYo FEST merchandise available at this event. Players will also be able to get event-exclusive HoYo FEST gifts by shopping in-store and ordering take-away.

2. How do I purchase Genshin Impact-themed merchandise & event-exclusive HoYo FEST merchandise?
Customers who spend more than SGD 14/RM 35/PHP 450 can enter the store to purchase merchandise.
You can only purchase one piece of merchandise of the same style, and each person can purchase up to 5 pieces of merchandise in total.

[2.1 Genshin Impact-themed merchandise]
Genshin Impact-themed merchandise is sold in limited quantities each day and is not available for pre-order.

[2.2 Event-exclusive HoYo FEST merchandise - Shikishi Board and Chibi Acrylic]
After event-exclusive HoYo FEST merchandise is sold out, players can pre-order at the store.
Pre-order:
Pre-orders are expected to arrive within 3-4 months after the end of HoYo Fest. Pickup offline, the detailed address will be announced later. 
You only need to pay for the merchandise once it has been confirmed and delivered.
We will bear the postage fee from anywhere in the world to your country. 
You will be asked to fill up a form with your particulars - Name, Contact no., and Email Address. Please check that you have entered the correct information, as we will be contacting you individually when your pre-order items are ready for collection.
All travelers that have successfully pre-ordered shall receive a confirmation email. Please keep this email for future reference. In addition, the sender of the email will be your exclusive customer service. If you have any questions, please send your enquiries to the email address and consult.
There are no return or exchange services after confirmation of the parcel delivery. Please check and confirm the merchandise before you sign the delivery.

3. How do I get the event-exclusive HoYo FEST gifts?
Restaurant Dishes & Takeaway:
Fulfill the minimum spending of SGD14/RM 35/PHP 450  in a single receipt and receive a set of gifts, which includes 1 postcard, 1 random coaster, and 1 sticker set. 
Guests who order takeaway will receive a printed HoYo FEST Paper Bag. Takeaway drinks will also come with a HoYo FEST Cup Sleeve.
Buying Merchandise (pre-order products are not included): 
With any merchandise item purchased, each guest will receive an exclusive HoYo FEST Paper Bag.
With SGD 6/RM 20/PHP 240 or more spent, each guest will receive an additional exclusive HoYo FEST Postcard.
With  SGD 30/RM 100/PHP 1200 or more spent, each guest will receive an additional set of chibi Badges of Genshin Impact.
The above gifts are limited in quantity. Available while supplies last!

4. Can I choose/pick a gift rather than the one offered?
Gifts (coasters, postcards, stickers) are pre-set, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

5. How can I enter the venue to buy merchandise or dine in? (Please refer to pandemic prevention rules at the time)

All guests are required to provide proof of receiving 2 vaccine doses (when entering the restaurant, you will be asked to show your vaccination record).
If you are not vaccinated, you are only allowed to dine on-site when:
A. You have a valid negative PET report within 24 hours;
B. You are 12 or under, and accompanied by another fully vaccinated member of your family.
You are highly encouraged to make a reservation in advance to avoid long waiting times, especially during crowded hours. If you did not make a reservation, please follow the rules of the restaurant. Queuing is not recommended.
Reservation records and a minimum purchase of meals are required to purchase available merchandise. 
Receipts are valid on the day.
If you order takeaway, you can continue to purchase merchandise when you arrive to pick up your order. However, please show your order receipt at the merchandise counter for verification.

6. When can I make a reservation?
From 25th November 2021
Reservations should be made at least 1 day in advance.

7. How do I make a reservation?

We do not accept reservations by phone.
Any changes or cancellations should be made 24 hours before the reserved time. Please kindly contact us at +65 6815 0011 or email to anipluscafe@plusmedianetworks.com for any inquiries.

8. Can I enter the restaurant without a reservation?
You are highly encouraged to make a reservation in advance to avoid long waiting times, especially during crowded hours. If you did not make a reservation, please follow the rules of the restaurant. Queuing is not recommended.

9. Can I enter the restaurant while cosplaying?
Yes, please do!

10. Is the café certified halal?
Our cafe is not certified halal, but all of our food and drinks do not contain pork, lard, or alcohol.

11. Where, when, and how can I get to HoYo FEST?

For visitors coming via public transport: 
From Esplanade MRT, go towards Exit D. Take the lift or escalators up to Level B, CityLink Mall. Turn right and go straight until you reach the escalators on the right. Take the escalator and go through the Esplanade Tunnel to Esplanade Mall.
From City Hall MRT, take Exit C towards CityLink Mall. Walk through CityLink Mall and take the escalator which leads you into the Esplanade Tunnel. Go through the Esplanade Tunnel to get to Esplanade Mall.
We are located at Esplanade Mall, #01-13C, opposite Annexe (beside Noosh Noodle Bar).

Individuals over the age of 18 must be fully vaccinated, and display no symptoms upon arrival at the store.
Individuals under the age of 18 are not required to be fully vaccinated, but encouraged to receive 1 dose at minimum, and display no symptoms upon arrival at the store.
Reservation record and a minimum purchase of meals are required to purchase available merchandise. 
Receipts are valid on the day.
If you order takeaway, you can continue to purchase merchandise when you arrive to pick up your order. However, please show your order receipt at the merchandise counter for verification.

7. How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be placed via our myBurgerLab+ App (get.myburgerlab.com)
Please register for a myBurgerLab account to make a reservation for dine-in (a dining session lasts 45 mins), delivery or self-pickup.

You are highly encouraged to make a reservation in advance to avoid long waiting times, especially during crowded hours. If you did not make a reservation, please follow the rules of the restaurant. Queuing is not recommended.

9. Can I enter the restaurant while cosplaying?
Yes, please do!

10. Is the café certified halal?
We are still working towards getting a Halal certificate. However, we do not use lard or alcohol in our cooking. All our ingredients are sourced from Halal suppliers and their Halal certificates are located at each of our outlets.

11. Where, when, and how can I get to HoYo FEST?

You may use the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) to arrive at the Cochrane MRT Station.
MyTOWN Shopping Centre is directly opposite the station, where myBurgerLab MyTOWN outlet is located.

5. How can I enter the venue to buy merchandise or dine in? (Please refer to pandemic prevention rules at the time)
All guests need to be vaccinated before entering the restaurant. Guests need to show valid identification and vaccination certificates when entering the restaurant. Guests must wear face mask in the restaurant.
Guests are highly recommended to make a reservation in advance. If you did not make a reservation, please follow the rules of the restaurant. Walk-ins may not be granted entry depending on store capacity during the time.
Reservation records and a minimum purchase of meals are required to purchase available merchandise. 
Receipts are valid only on the timeslot reserved. Moon Rabbit can deny entry to any guest acting in a suspicious or abusive manner.
For guests who order take-out that want to buy merchandise, they need to have a reservation time slot, similar to dine-in guests. They need to reserve via the reservation hotlines.
